Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Hanan Systems handles personal information submitted through the Hanan website.

Draft updated

1. Who is responsible for your information

Hanan Systems is the personal information controller for information collected through this website and the consultation process.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [official privacy email to be added before launch].

2. Information we collect

When you submit a consultation inquiry, Hanan collects:

  • your name, email address, and mobile number;
  • your city or municipality and property or space type;
  • your project stage, primary interest, and preferred timing;
  • the goals or concerns you choose to describe;
  • your preferred contact method and privacy consent; and
  • the submission time and source page.

For security and spam prevention, the website may briefly process technical request information such as an IP address, browser user agent, submission timing, and duplicate-submission fingerprint. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored by Hanan's form logic.

3. Why we use the information

Hanan uses inquiry information to:

  • review your space, priorities, timing, and project context;
  • respond to your inquiry and prepare a useful next step;
  • send a confirmation that the inquiry was received;
  • prevent spam, abuse, and rapid duplicate submissions; and
  • keep appropriate business and communication records.

Hanan will not use free-text inquiry content for advertising profiling or analytics.

4. Legal basis and consent

The consultation form asks for consent before submission. Hanan processes the information to respond to the request you initiated, to take steps toward a possible service engagement, and for proportionate security and recordkeeping purposes permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw consent for future processing, subject to information Hanan must retain for a legal obligation, an active engagement, or the establishment or defense of a claim.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Hanan may use service providers that process information only to operate the website and inquiry workflow. The planned email processor is Resend. The production hosting provider will be named here once hosting is selected. These providers may process data in locations outside the Philippines, subject to their contractual and security arrangements.

Hanan does not sell inquiry information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or system security, or with your authorization.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or an analytics service. After a successful consultation submission, it sets one strictly necessary, HTTP-only receipt cookie for up to 30 minutes so the thank-you page can show the correct confirmation and a refresh does not resubmit the form.

If analytics is introduced, this notice will be updated before the service is enabled, including the provider, information collected, purpose, and available controls.

7. Retention

Consultation inquiries that do not become active projects are intended to be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymized. Information related to an active customer, agreement, payment, warranty, dispute, or legal obligation may be retained for the period reasonably required for that purpose. Anti-spam and duplicate controls use short-lived records and are periodically cleared by the application process.

8. Security

Hanan uses reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure. If a qualifying personal data breach occurs, Hanan will follow applicable notification and response requirements.

9. Your rights

Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal data, object to processing, correct inaccurate information, request erasure or blocking when warranted, obtain data portability, claim damages, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

To make a request, use the privacy contact above. Hanan may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception under applicable law applies. You may also learn about your rights or file a complaint through the National Privacy Commission.

10. Changes to this notice

Hanan may update this notice when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way before they take effect where required.
